The County of Los Angeles also offers free mobile HHW/E-Waste Collection Events at other locations throughout the county. The AVECC is a joint partnership between the Cities of Palmdale and Lancaster, the California Integrated Waste Management Board, the County of Los Angeles, Supervisor Antonovich's office, and Waste Management Inc.

Please note that there is a transportation limit of 15 gallons or 125 pounds of hazardous waste per trip. Business waste will not be accepted at the AVECC.
